I am from india, and a professional teacher, this happened with one of my college, which I worked as a part time job last year. I was running short on money so I did multiple college for extra money and experience. So during this time I joined a college, not revealing the name but it was well known college and had a decent campus and everything. I had worked there for 4 months. All of my colleagues were good and kind people. But the principle was not a decent man. He was known for bad behavior and for being rude to staff and students, but anyways I wanted him to have good impression on me so I behaved very nicely with him. He was double my age maybe late 40s and was fat and ugly. Everytime I saw this man he would stare at me with a smirk on this face, I felt he was being very weird. He would invite me privately to his room and have a conversation with me. Also he talked very sweetly with me, saying if there was any problem, to inform him. He often gave me compliments of how beautiful I looked in my saree and so on. which I ignored , Sometimes he even touched my butt, saying it was accidental.

After working there for 6 months, I had developed a good impression by staff and students. All students liked me, saying I was a great teacher. I was so happy about this.

The day it happened…

It was around December last year, it was a normal day, atleast i thought so. I had 5 class periods on Friday, so it was a hectic day for me. I remember at around the lunch time, I was in my staff room chatting and gossiping with my fellow lady teachers and having lunch. We were talking about a new teacher being appointed to replace any one of us. I was feeling a bit anxious thinking what if I lost my job.

Then came the office lady, she was the Secretary of the principal. She came to me and said, that the principal wants to speak to you. Come to his office after lunch.

So I went to his office after lunch, there he told me to sit down very politely. He then told his secretary to close the door. I asked him what's the matter? He replied in a soft tone, anushka I have a bad news for you. I asked him what? He replied there is a new teacher being appointed in your place. I was very angry and sad at the same time. I knew if I lose my job I won't get one soon, as it was in December, end of the year. So I begged him to not remove me. He looked me with a stern look and told me , that he can't do anything, as it was the managements decision. I felt really anxious and begged him to something and not remove me from my job.

Then I said him something which is should have never told him, I still regret saying this, I told him, that “I would do anything to keep my job”. Then the principal, looked at me with his big lusty eyes, and he said I think, I can help you. I will talk to the management myself and try to keep your job. But did you really mean that you will do anything! He asked me.

And again I said I'm ready to do anything.

(I thought he would make me do extra classes and other small stuff).

The principal told me he will speak to the management rightaway and not remove me from the job. I felt relieved and so happy that I got my job.

Then he reminded me what I had told him. He said anushka, you said, you will do anything what I say. I said yes, sir tell me what you want me to do. I will do anything.

He said not now anushka. I have a important meeting now, you should come to my office after finishing you classes at around 5pm, then I will tell you what to do. And he me not to tell this to my colleagues and other staff teachers. I felt little uneasy by his words.

Then I went back to my staffroom, other colleagues asked me what he said, I didn't tell them. At around 4pm I finished all my classes for the day and came back to my staff room, other teachers were ready to leave, but I had to stay till 5pm. They asked me why am I staying late. I replied I had corrections to do.

I waited in my staff room till 5pm, by now all my colleagues had left, I was all alone. Then my principal's secretary came and called me to his office. I went there feeling nervous. I entered his office, he greeted me and told me to sit down. He then asked his secretary to go home. He then asked me, to close the door. After doing so, I told him, sir please tell me what I had to do, I am getting late I want to go home. He said, ok anushka I will tell what you have to do, but will be able to do it? I said yes, sir I will do it.

He then said I want to have s*x with you.

I was dumbstruck. I said to him you are a pervert! HE THEN SAID, you are the one who said I will do anything to keep your post. I will also double your salary, think about it. Just for some fun. Nobody is around the college.

It was around 7pm, when he finished, I was fully exhausted, He gave me some tissues to wipe his shit….and then dropped me back to my apartment.

I know I did something wrong, but I can't do anything about it. It was my mistake. I am shameful for what I have done. But I have moved on since then. I don't look back at it.
